UK orders are sent by Recorded Royal Mail First Class post and can be expected for delivery between 2-5 days after ordering. International delivery depends on destination but you should allow 2 weeks.

If the carrier records a failed delivery and your order is returned to us a further shipping fee will be applied before resending.

We will do our best to fulfil all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to advise of any delay, or suggest an alternative item.
